Also known as the “Bomba Calabrese”. This is the hottest sauce we make in Calabria! A vegetarian sauce made with fresh aubergines, extra virgin olive oil, peppers, our hottest chillies, white wine vinegar, sun dried tomatoes and much more is the ideal hot sauce to use as the base for fiery Bruschetta, or  for a sauces, or casserole or any cooking that you would like to give it a kick!Attention this is not for the fainted hearted….

Bianchetto

This is a traditonal Calabrean spread made with our traditional Novellame fish that grows in the coast of Calabrea.  The Novellame is a small, long and transparent fish very delicious that is normally used in Calabrea added to sauces.

Its delicate yet strong taste makes this spread great to use as a base for Bruschetta….
